So I'm Weird.

I considered not posting today. According to my husband, "People think you're weird if you post too much."

Hey, if this is the thing that wins me the label of "weird", then people just aren't following along.

Besides, there are changes every day. I have a follicle bonanza going on in my ovaries. Follipalooza, if you will. This is good, we just have to hope they all keep growing at about the same rate. Teamwork, girls! Don't any of you try to steal the spotlight. My E2 levels are up to 929. This is high, yes, but not dangerously high. I'm dropping to 100 units of Follistim and cutting out the low dose hcg shot altogether (thank goodness, that one stings like a beeyatch).

I see the trigger shot at the end of the tunnel. But, let's hope it doesn't come too soon. My eggs aren't quite cooked yet.

In other news, I'm going to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers tonight. Sure hope I won't need an extra ticket for all my follicles.

Hope the follicles rocked out tonight :-)

It's the saltine and chocolate combo that make you weird. It sounds so gross. And so good. At the same time. I think you're onto something here...

Oh please, I count you as one of my normal friends.
I hope you enjoyed the concert as much as I did. I looked for you; but alas, I did not see you.

If you are weird for posting so much, what are we for checking every day? :p

Write on girl, write on!

Hey...finally checked out your blog today. Sorry it has taking me to long. What have I been missing!?!? Well, you, I suppose. Laughing, crying...smiling...just happy to hear your voice my friend. So, how to I applaud someone for being such an amazing writer on her blog where she is pouring out her heart but in some strange and loving way I find it so entertaining. I suppose I just really have missed you lately. BTW, to anyone who is reading...her parents are the best...really. Must be why she is so awesome. Love you. Tiff

I agree, her parents are the best. I've only met them once or twice, but they are a very warm and loving family. They made me feel right at home from the moment I met them. They are awesome people and so is Susan.

Just curious, but did I miss somewhere, the number of follicles doing the palooza-ing?

Tinker, you didn't miss it... I never gave a number. My REs are very evasive whenever I ask them to tell me anything specific, but I'd say we are pushing 30. Not sure how many of them will have a mature egg in them, however...

Thanks Reva and Tiff, you know my parents are all full of themselves now...

Wow, that would drive me insane -- not knowing, I mean. I have to have all the details in order to obsess appropriately.

And what a HUGE number of follicles!
